Need more log to analysis

Thanks for your feedback and log .

We need more logs to analyze . You can collect logs using one tool .
Use Guide :
1. Save and unzip below package to your home directory on your Mac.



2. Run the "collect_log.sh" script using command "./collect_log.sh" or directly drag the script to the Terminal.

We also can get the compressed package simultaneously when runing the "collect_log.sh" script with the "-x" option..

./collect_log.sh -x

3. On desktop,collect_log_file Folder will be created to record the result.
